eFunds is committed to supporting the optimal performance and maintenance of its global IST customer installations. This includes timely notifications regarding card association compliance changes and enhancements that may affect IST product implementations.

These informational bulletins are provided for the benefit of our global customers and partners, and include upcoming IST product release information that will assist you in making the necessary preparations for compliance changes in your region. eFunds provides new upgrades for licensed programs at no charge to customers, in good standing, with a valid Software Support Agreement in place.

Please review these documents to determine compliance impacts in your region, and the available IST product releases designed to support new card association requirements.

Product Upgrades and Installation Support
Customers and partners can request an upgrade using the Release Notification Forms currently posted on the IST Client and Partner Web sites. Upon receipt of the upgrade, customers and partners are responsible for the installation of the upgrade in a timely manner, as defined in the Software Support Agreement. To assist you in this process, you may elect to retain eFunds professional services to help install the upgrade. For more information on this option, please contact your business manager or account representative.

Client and Partner Web Access
To access the Product Notification Documents and Release Notification Forms, please visit the eFunds IST Client and Partner Web sites. If you have previously registered, you will have immediate access to the documents. If you have not previously registered, you must complete the required registration form and await your approval notification by email. Registration requests are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt.
